The Singapore Convention Week (SC Week) is a signature event in Singapore, focusing on dispute resolution, induing arbitration, mediation and litigation. It serves as a key platform for thought leaders, experts, practitioners and policy makers, to discuss emerging trends, address common issues, deliberate on new innovations, and drive change.
This year’s SC Week will be held from 28 August to 2 September 2023. Organised by the Singapore Ministry of Law (MinLaw) in collaboration with partner organisations, the week will feature a rick and exciting line-up of keynotes, panel discussions, debates, workshops, lectures, networking events, and visits.
The headline event of SC Week 2023 is the UNICITRAL Academy Conference and Capacity-Building Workshops, co-organised by MinLaw and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), taking place from 29 to 31 August 2023. Themed “Tomorrow’s World Today: Leading The Future of Dispute Resolution”, the UNCITRAL Academy seeks to spotlight new and pressing issues in the area of dispute resolution.
